The future of professional billiards took center stage in Las Vegas as Albert Januarta captured the title at the 2026 Las Vegas Junior’s Open, emerging as one of the sport’s most exciting young talents.
In the championship final, the Indonesian standout defeated American finalist Sofia Mast in a mixed-gender final, overcoming a formidable opponent in one of the tournament’s most compelling matches. Mast was one of only three female players in a 32-player junior field, making her run to the final a remarkable achievement in its own right
